Client agrees to monthly subscription agreement billable quarterly in advance. Client may terminate agreement at any time with thirty days written notice. Full refund after thirty days if not completely satisfied.

groupONEtechnology guarantees that Monthly Subscription will not increase more than 8% per year. Pricing does not include applicable Sales Tax.

Warranties:
  1. Limited Warranty. groupONEtechnology warrants that the system will perform substantially in accordance with materials delivered by groupONEtechnology to client. No groupONEtechnology dealer, distributor or agent is authorized to make any modification or addition to this warranty. groupONEtechnology does not warrant that the operation will be uninterrupted or error free. The Client assumes the entire risk as to the results and performance of the system or the software.
  2. Limitation of Warranty. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the System results from accident, abuse, misapplication or modification to the System by client in any manner without the express written consent of groupONEtechnology, including, without limitation, the addition of any other software programs, product images or other software or data to the System other than with the written consent of and through groupONEtechnology.
  3. Sole and Exclusive Remedy. In the event of a breach of warranty, groupONEtechnology's entire liability and client's sole exclusive remedy shall be, at groupONEtechnology's option to A) return the purchase price paid hereunder or B) repair or replacement of the entire system. In no event shall groupONEtechnology's liability with respect to the limited warranty exceed the cost of replacing the system. Any replacement of the system shall be warranted for the remainder of the original contract.
  4. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent provided by law, in no event shall groupONEtechnology be liable, and client agrees to indemnify groupONEtechnology for any damages including loss or inaccuracy of data, cost of procurement of substitute goods, services or technology, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages including, without limitation, loss of revenues and loss of profits. Any liability of groupONEtechnology under any theory whatsoever shall be limited exclusively to product replacement or, if unenforceable, to payment of an amount not greater than amounts actually received by groupONEtechnology for the system giving rise to such liability.
